Overview

I designed and built the site for Darwin end-to-end. The brief was to take the product story and turn it into a site that’s fast, focused, and converts — without any of the bloat that usually creeps into startup pages.

What I did

• Established the visual direction and design system for the site
• Built the full responsive frontend
• Tightened the narrative flow from hero through to call-to-action

Design notes

• Clarity first: every section earns its place. If it didn’t move the story forward, it got cut.
• Performance as a feature: lightweight stack, minimal client-side JS, fast paints.
• Brand-consistent: type, color, and layout patterns reinforce the Darwin identity across every page.
